Working Environment

The ability to provide our employees with an attractive working environment offering the highest possible level of transparency, opportunities for dialog, flexibility and efficiency is of fundamental significance to a continuously growing company such as REHAU. Today, our various locations around the world utilize a variety of different office design concepts which are just as individual as the people who work there.

After its founding in the eponymous town in the Upper Franconian region, REHAU first established itself throughout Germany and the neighboring Western European nations. This was rapidly followed by an expansion throughout Europe to North America, Asia and Australia. The corporate group has also been a strong presence in Eastern Europe for more than a decade.

At more than 170 locations throughout the world, REHAU strives to be close to the market and to its customers. For this reason, many of our administration offices and plants in China, Russia, North America or Germany are not necessarily located directly in major urban areas, but instead, lie at the gates of industrial zones. This not only offers advantages with regard to strategically favorable logistics, but also has a positive effect on the working environment and atmosphere.

Today, at our various locations around the world we employ a variety of different office design concepts which are just as individual as the people who work in them.
Whether individual, group, or open plan offices – the working environments are conceived to meet the needs of our employees. In the most modern of new buildings as well as in former industrial areas we create a sophisticated working atmosphere which is simultaneously economical, functional and flexible with regard to utility and employee’s motivation.

“Rehauwork” is a new office world created in 2004 in a former porcelain factory at our headquarters. Our employees contributed ideas that resulted in a highly modern working world whose concepts will now be transferred to other REHAU office buildings.
